About bread pancake:

The dish is exactly what it sounds like. It is the classic pancake, prepared with bread, instead of all-purpose flour (maida). There are two advantages of having a bread pancake- first, it will give a delicious break to the regular bread-butter kind of morning and secondly, you can use all the extra bread slices left in the refrigerator that might get spoilt soon. Moreover, if you use the atta, oats or multi-grain bread in the recipe, the dish can make for a very healthy and fulfilling morning meal too.

How To Make Bread Pancake For Breakfast:

To put it simply, in a bread pancake, we just replace maida with bread crumbs. Grind the bread slices and you will get the crumbs in no time. You can also customise the recipe by adding and replacing ingredients as per your palate.
Here, we tried making it a bit healthy by including some bananas instead of sugar in the recipe. Rest, it goes the same. Churn the bread slices, to it, add eggs, banana, milk, some salt and cinnamon powder and prepare a batter. You can add some olive oil for the greasy texture. Now heat a pan, grease some oil or butter and prepare the pancakes on low flame.
