Paige VanZant Shows Off Near-NSFW Workout With Husband

Former UFC star Paige VanZant has pivoted away from the ring in recent years to a lucrative new calling on OnlyFans, as well as her podcast, Paige and Austin: A Kickass Love Story, that she hosts with her professional MMA star husband, Austin Vanderford. And this week, the power couple gave fans a little taste of a saucy workout that they use to keep in literal fighting shape.

"New bicep workout," the 30-year-old, who was born Paige Michelle Sletten, posted to TikTok on Monday evening along with a laugh-cry emoji. In the clip, appropriately set to Tinashe's "Nasty," Vanderford can be seen doing a bicep press of sorts, lifting VanZant up by her hips; who in turn pushed herself off her husband's thighs.

"You guys are all class!" quipped one user of the workout on Instagram, who clearly noticed the placement of the couple's faces during the exercise move. "It's all fun and games until someone toots," added another.

VanZant and Vanderford have been pretty transparent about their sex lives on their popular podcast, which boasts over 620,000 subscribers on YouTube. In an episode earlier this year, the couple took a fan question about how they keep things spicy in the bedroom.

"I feel like that's something we haven't had to work on yet?" VanZant responded, to which Vanderford agreed: "No, I don't either. Even six-and-a-half, seven years or however long we've been together—"

"We're very lucky that's not something we've had to actively work on," VanZant interjected, finishing his sentence. "We're pretty spicy. I think that also comes with being open and honest with each other."

"Bam, that's exactly what I was gonna say. Again, communication and talking," Vanderford continued. "Because the thing is, if you get to that point where it's like everything's stale or whatever and you're not communicating like, your wants, or my wants, it could be different. And you know if we can bring that to the table and we talk about it, and one of us is like totally against it and it's like a dealbreaker, then I don't really know what."

"Yeah, it's about being open and honest about your needs or wants or desires—saying experiment sounds so weird," VanZant added. "We're just like, I don't know, we're open, we have fun. For me, I just feel like our sex life literally only gets better. It just keeps getting better."

In other words, if that's just how the pair works out, it's not hard to see how their chemistry stays ignited in the bedroom.
