The UEFA Euro soccer tournament is heading into a highly anticipated final between England and Spain on July 14. England's semifinal game against the Netherlands on July 10 was a tense match, especially for those who were at The Killers' concert in London's O2 Arena.
The band knew how important the game was to soccer fans and stopped their concert entirely to play the last few minutes of the game on the venue's massive screens. England was holding on to their lead, and when the whistle blew marking the end of the game, the arena erupted in cheers.
The Killers immediately jumped into action to celebrate. Red and white streamers shot out of cannons over the crowd and the band launched into their hit song "Mr. Brightside" to celebrate the picture-perfect win.
Meanwhile, other artists have been throwing their support behind the English team. Ed Sheeran and Adele, for example, were actually at the game in Germany, according to TMZ.
Possibly the most electric moment of my life. When the Killers livestream the Euros right before England win and they hit us with Mr Brightside. pic.twitter.com/7Hlk4RN19V

England is the expected underdog heading into the final. The team has never won a Euro championship before while Spain has three Euro titles to their name. And if any Killers fans want to revisit the unforgettable moment, you can watch the final at the O2 Arena as the game will be livestreamed on the screens there.
