Today, WHOOP, the wearable health and fitness band known for tracking recovery, cardiovascular strain, and sleep, unveiled its latest innovation: WHOOP Advanced Labs. This first-of-its-kind feature merges blood testing with continuous wearable data to give users a full, 360-degree view of their health. Users can simply upload previous bloodwork or schedule an Advanced Labs panel to unlock insights into some of their most important health markers.
Since the announcement in May, over 350,000 WHOOP members have already joined the waitlist. Starting today, users across the United States can finally access the new technology and see the future of personalized health for themselves.
“WHOOP Advanced Labs bridges two worlds: lab diagnostics and 24/7 continuous monitoring,” Will Ahmed, Founder and CEO of WHOOP, said in a statement. “For the first time, our members can see how their blood biomarkers and daily behaviors connect in real time. This is all part of our path to becoming a health operating system that helps our members live better and longer.”

The product was developed in collaboration with the WHOOP Medical Advisory Board, which includes top doctors, researchers, and medical professionals such as Dr. Hazel Wallace, Dr. Robin Berzin, Dr. Eric Verdin, and Dr. Dan Henderson.
Once test results are available, members’ data are reviewed by experts on the Medical Advisory Board. Then, WHOOP’s AI-powered coaching technology delivers daily guidance and actionable insights to help users improve their health. Progress tracking also shows how lifestyle adjustments impact biomarkers over time.
“Bloodwork can sometimes leave people with more questions than answers,” said Dr. Hazel Wallace (MBBCh, BSc, MSc), nutritionist, author, and founder of The Food Medic. “WHOOP Advanced Labs helps bridge that gap by putting health insights directly into the hands of the individual, where habits can make a powerful difference.”
Users can now upload their own test results or subscribe to WHOOP Advanced Labs and schedule curated blood tests directly through the WHOOP app. Simply visit your local Quest Diagnostics and then wait for your results to be uploaded into the app before they're reviewed by a clinician who provides expert context.
