For those unfamiliar, an inside-out cheeseburger is simply a fun flip of all the ingredients that go into a regular burger. The burger is made using the same ingredients and steps as a regular burger. The only difference is that the burger is battered with mashed potatoes and deep-fried until golden and crisp. Ulta Cheese Burger Recipe: How To Make Ulta Cheese Burger Recipe
To begin with, in a bowl, put mashed boiled potatoes, add chopped onion, capsicum, and seasonings like salt and black pepper powder, and mix well.
Take another bowl, add mayonnaise and tomato ketchup, and mix well. Keep aside.
With the help of a small bowl, cut the centre part of the bread to have a perfect round-shaped base for the burger. Spread the mayonnaise mixture on the bread and add cheese. Cover it with another piece of bread.
