Twice a year, the outdoor industry converges in Denver for manufacturers to parade their latest and greatest goods for specialty retailers to begin stocking shelves for the seasons ahead. The unique gathering of gear crafters from all corners of the outdoor world allows media outlets a prime sneak peek at what lies in store. At the most recent winter season iteration—the Outdoor Retailer Snow Show—we got our fill of awesome new products for ski and snow, as well as plenty of useful and innovative applications of technology into outdoor gear. But looking ahead to longer, warmer days with spring escapes on the mind, we couldn’t leave without first running down a hit list of the coolest camp-ready gear from the trade show floor.
